Description of the problem:
The documentation for the MTA workflow should state the repo should be public or if private then they should configure MTA properly according to the MTA docs. It should also state if the user should use https or http, and refer to the docs how to configure.

Actual results: MTA documentation doesn't state requirements for the repo that should be assessed. This can cause workflows to fail, for reasons unclear to the user.

Expected results: Reqs should be clearly stated.
