Description of the problem:
Odd grey box appears in the top bar around a square when viewing the Notifications tab, in Dark theme:

and with Light theme:

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Orchestrator v 1.2.0-rc5, and navigate to Notifications tab.

Actual results: See above

Expected results: Box should not be there.
