Orch Operator v1.2.0-rc4 references orchestrator plugins 1.1.0-rc.0-0

      Description of the problem:

      When deploying Orchestrator operator v1.2.0-rc4 , the orchestrator plugins are showing as versions 1.1.0-rc.0-0 (Notifications look incorrect as well)

      oc get configmap dynamic-plugins-rhdh  -o yaml | grep package: | grep -e orchestrator -e plugin-notifications
