Update workflows resources and README to use operator managed knative broker

      Once https://issues.redhat.com/browse/FLPATH-1156 is completed, the operator will create the knative broker, hence any workflow using/creating a broker shall be reviewed to use the broker created by the operator

      As of now, only M2K is doing such thing:

      1. The file charts/move2kube/templates/03-knative-resources.yaml shall be updated:
        1. The broker shall be removed as it is now managed by the operator
        2. The triggers shall use the Kafka broker
      2. The install README (charts/move2kube/INSTALL.md) shall be updated to remove the manual step where the K_SINK is set,
