Description of the problem:

Filtering by newest on top doesn't show the latest notification on top.

Filtering by Oldest on top doesn't result in the oldest notification on top.{}

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Orchestrator 

2. Create a few notifications spaced a few mins apart

3. Click Sort by 'Newest' on top to show the options

4. click the Oldest on top option

5. Observe that the Oldest notification isn't displayed on top

Actual results:

newest notification is display on the top

Expected results:

oldest notification will be displayed on the top, this is also an issue with the 'newest' on top Sort by filter option
