Description of the problem:
After a workflow has been created from the basic software template,deployed by ArgoCD and has been run a few times, nothing appears in the workflow's Gitops component's CD tab:

However, in the software component's CI tab, you can see the pipelines:

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Orchestrator 0.2.30 with ArgoCD and tekton configured

2. Create a workflow from the basic software template and deploy it.

3. Navigate to Catalog, click on the <workflow name>-gitops component, and click on CD tab.

Actual results: Field is blank.

Expected results: Since ArgoCD was deployed, the field should be populated.
