Description of the problem:
I've followed the instructions under Initialize the GitOps environment here, which successfully deploys the operators.

 
However removing both charts succeeds, but the operators do not get removed. I've also tried removing subscription / csv manually and the operators still remain.

 
The orchestrator-pipeline chart raises this error when being removed:

helm delete orchestrator-pipelines -n orchestrator-gitops
WARNING: Kubernetes configuration file is group-readable. This is insecure. Location: /home/kni/clusterconfigs/auth/kubeconfig
Error: uninstallation completed with 1 error(s): 1 error occurred:
