As a user I would like my workflow actions to be roll backed if one of the tasks unexpectedly failed.

The server should persist relevant information about the failure including tag/meta data element that indicates there was a failure. We should introduce a concept of rollback workflow that should be called in the event of a failure (concept used to be there and needs to be reimplemented).
