Description of the problem:

Basic workflow bootstrap project catalog components don't load after creating Infrastructure type then assessment type

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator

2. Deploy workflows

3. Create Basic bootstrap project type infrastructure

4. Create basic bootstrap project type assessment

5. Click catalog and notice that the table only loads most recent component. For a second you can see all of the components present but then they disappear. see video  

Actual results:

Only most recent catalog component is displayed in the table

Expected results:

All catalog components are present
