Description of the problem:
After executing an assessment workflow created from the basic software template, the workflow throws an error:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy orchestrator 0.2.22 with Gitops and tekton enabled (instructions here)
2. Create an assessment workflow from the Basic Software Template
3. After workflow finishes deploying on the cluster, navigate to "Orchestrator" tab, and execute the workflow by entering the default values, and click Run.
Actual results:
Workflow produces an error:
A workflow instance is created in the "Workflow Runs" tab, and is apparently in "Completed" state, but clicking on an instance results in the same screen as above:
Expected results:
Workflow should execute normally, continue to workflow instance screen.
