Description of the problem:
The steps to configure the secrets for Gitops docker credentials are missing some steps, which causes some problems when trying to create a workflow from a template.

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy orchestrator, setup Gitops env according to chart instructions in v0.2.20

Actual results:
Secrets created by following instructions are created as Opaque, not dockerconfigjson secret. This causes accessibility failures creating images.
