Description of the problem:

Disable sort for UUID column, UUIDs are not able to be sorted. Either disable sort or use a ULID.

1. UUIDs are in the table and have a sort feature but UUID are random and aren't able to be sorted

UUIDs have sort functionality

Expected results:

UUIDs (ID) column sort feature is disabled or we use ULIDs
