Description of the problem:

When the user disables sort in the workflow runs tabled the data is jumbled because the received data is unordered. The table should display the data to the user in a friendly easy to read way even if this sort is disable. The best would be to default back to STARTED. This will allow the user to easily navigate the workflow runs table

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Run many workflows 

2. Click sort for started column 3 times

Actual results:

Data is un-ordered, times are jumbled, and the workflow runs table isn't easy to read.

Expected results:

Data is ordered in the order it was received. The newest workflow run process should be at the top, and the oldest workflow run process should be at the bottom.
