 inputs are disabled when trying to re-run a workflow that was in error and aborted

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run MTA workflow

2. Run M2Kube workflow from MTA page

3. workflow errors 

4. Abort workflow

5. Click Re-run

6. All fields are disabled 

Actual results:

All fields are disabled after running workflow from assessment workflow

Expected results:

Only relevant fields are disabled
