      Suppling garbage values to mta workflow will complete successfully, but should indicate that the workflow had an error. **
      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deploy Orchestrator 0.2.3 

      2. Deploy workflows 

      3. Run MTA workflow with url https://foo.bar

      Actual results:

      MTA workflow completes successfully

      Expected results:

      MTA workflow shows error state
