      Description of the problem:
The workflow moves from Active to Completed state even though the Q&A was not completed and an error notification was received (See attached video):

      Move2Kube workflow b96b36a8-9584-4bef-9fab-1ef73475f16b failed
      Move2Kube workflow b96b36a8-9584-4bef-9fab-1ef73475f16b on workspace

41746406-e783-4953-b0e2-091f110ba5c6 failed with exit message: "Error
while saving transformation output. If no context, it was due to timeout
expiration" -- Plan retries: 2 -- Error: Cannot get transformation
      output of transformation 3e5ce740-c32e-4233-9670-55f07555753c in
      workspace f945ed8d-f7cc-45bb-8b79-2a978ba321e7 for project
      41746406-e783-4953-b0e2-091f110ba5c6 for repo
      ssh://github.com/test-workflows/application-onboarding; error:
      ApiException{code=0, responseHeaders=null, responseBody='null'}

Note that it was still possible to answer the QA in the M2K UI and complete the transformation.

How reproducible: Trying to reproduce in another env

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Deploy orchestrator with chart 0.2.2 and workflows with chart 0.2.12

      2. Deploy M2K

      Actual results:
      See description above.

      Expected results:
If there is an issue with the workflow,  workflow should fail and move to state Error, not Completed.
