Description of the problem:
I followed the step to deploy the orchestrator. I followed the url to login to solution. As a user I provided my github token during the deployment so I am making an assumption that I can sign-in using github. After clicking sign-in I get:

"No auth provider registered for 'github'"

Unable to use github auth provider

Expected results:

It either should be disabled or work as expected
