Description of the problem: When Move2Kube workflow is in error for whilestill running, and in state Active, the workflow keeps running for over 1 hour and causes slowness and performance issues for the orchestrator plugin.

How reproducible: 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy Ochestrator plugin with Helm chart 0.1.31 and workflows helm chart 0.2.27. 

2. Run Move2Kube, but don't give the repo that is being converted the ssh key that m2K is using.

Actual results: Workflow is in active state and hangs for hours, causing slowness and performance issues. ** 

Expected results: Workflow will time out with error message after a certain amount of time.
