The chart can be expanded to install also the OpenShift Pipeline operator if not available on the cluster, and the tekton resources required by the CI workflow for completing the CI pipeline run to build and publish workflow images, workflow generated CRs and create the config repository for the workflow to be deployed.

Note that it is also required to include the OpenShift Pipeline CRDs in the chart's ./crd folder to enable a successful creation of the pipeline and tasks on the cluster.

In case the required CRDs are missing, the installation of the resources is skipped.
