Description of the problem:
Abort and re-run buttons are disabled on workflow details page after workflow execution. Seems like the logic should be only show Abort button (Enabled) while workflow is 'Active'.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Execute MTA workflow  and observe the disabled Abort and Re-run buttons

Actual results:

Disabled Abort and Re-run buttons present

Expected results:

Enabled Abort button is immediately present while workflow is  'Active'
