OVN dataplane performance testing with ACL sampling for OCP

      Given a system administrator configures ACL sampling in an OpenShift OVN environment, enabling it across multiple nodes with varied ACL counts and numbers of collectors,

      When data is collected on packet forwarding latency and throughput while adjusting the number of ACLs and collectors per ACL sample,

      Then, the metrics should indicate that the system performs efficiently without performance regression and control plane recalculations remain within reasonable thresholds for OCP deployments.

      This task should compare dataplane performance data with sampling enabled and  disabled, using ipfix/psample.

      The following configuration variables below should be used:

      • Number of ACLs with sampling enabled
      • Number of collectors configured per ACL sample

      The metrics below would be collected:

      1. Packet forwarding latency
      2. Traffic throughput impact
