All other OVS and OVN daemons support --unixctl option that allows to override default location of the appctl socket, but ovn-controller and maybe also ovn-controller-vtep do not for some reason.  This makes it hard to use ovn-controller in non-standard environments, especially if multiple instances need to run side-by-side.
