-  Capture Network Traffic on DPDK(VFIO) Interfaces using Network Observability Operator
2. What is the nature and description of the request?
-  Wants to capture traffic from DPDK(VFIO) interface on Network Observability Operator.
3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

• Most of the Telco application (user plane) use DPDK interfaces. Right now only IPVLAN/SRIOV based interfaces are monitored by ebpf agent but if you think from customer prespective he/she wants to monitor overall application.

• The DPDK interface plays a crucial role in achieving high-performance data processing in 5G networks. Monitoring this interface allows you to identify performance bottlenecks, latency issues, and resource utilization patterns.

• Monitoring the DPDK interface provides real-time insights into the health and behavior of the data plane.

• The stability and reliability of the 5G network's user plane are critical for business continuity.
