By taking the Fedora container for CI and installing Clang 18.1.1 (clang-18.1.1-1.fc40.x86_64) the  "Load Balancer LS hairpin" starts to fail in strange way. The source IP of the expected packet if zeroed, I'm not sure why. The attached logs have also trace for that packet. One important thing to note is that this issue goes away once we upgrade to Clang 18.1.3 (possible miscompilation?).
