[OVN] northd trying to delete a key that doesn't exist in the map log spam

      In the OVN scale runs we see the following log spam on inactive northd instances:

      This started somewhere between Aug 28th and Sep 2nd. Sep 2nd is the first run with the issue. Aug 28th is the last run without the issue. The runs are performed with OVN main branch.
