Reproduce test bed and benchmark results from Scaling Open vSwitch with a Computational Cache by Alon Rashelbach, Ori Rottenstreich and Mark Silberstein (2022). Their code for Open vSwitch can be found at acsl-technion/ovs-nuevomatchup and their packet generator at alonrs/simple-packet-gen.

FYI: Their code is actually for Open vSwitch 2.11 and DPDK v19.11 but since we miss a Jira component for these old versions, the component openvswitch2.13 is used.
