name2 external_ids missing in datapath_bindings

       Problem Description:

      In previous OVN versions northd put "name2" key in datapath_binding external_ids referencing the LS or LR.name column. In current branch-26.03 (38b268827b716bc329fb5db1c3777c8b3e02b346) this key is missing and only "name" is available. 

       Impact Assessment: Failed some tests in Neutron functional testing suite but can be changed in Neutron - no production code uses name2

       Reproduction Steps:

      1. Create an LS
      2. Check its external_ids in the datapath_bindings
