Currently, there is an RFC in the OVN list:

This issue is to complete that RFC and get it properly supported. Right now, the ovn-kubernetes part of the feature is not being tracked anywhere else but that might change.

Make sure we can generate samples for every packet (similar to ACL log-related option that allows to generate log messages on every packet using conntrack labels)
