Given the upstream OVN test suite with existing EVPN tests,

When the new IPv6 EVPN tests are added,

Then the test suite covers all four underlay/overlay address family combinations (IPv4/IPv4, IPv4/IPv6, IPv6/IPv4, IPv6/IPv6) and all tests pass in upstream CI.

      What's the feature?

Upstream OVN only has a couple of (relatively large) system/multinode tests that exercise the EVPN feature:

      240: system-ovn.at:17599 dynamic-routing - EVPN
      19: multinode.at:3439 ovn multinode bgp L2 EVPN
      20: multinode.at:3699 ovn multinode bgp L3 EVPN

However, none of these test with IPv6 underlays (IPv6 between BGP peers) or with IPv6 overlays (IPv6 logical networks).

      Why is it needed?

To ensure that the OVN EVPN integration works well with all combination of underlay/overlay address families.

      Who will benefit?

OVN CI, implicitly devs as we'd ensure we don't break stuff without realizing that.
