The OVN Southbound man page doesn’t document the virtual-port claim backoff option. However before proceeding, we need to decide whether to (a) document all internal options or (b) document only the options actually consumed by ovn-controller, and explicitly note upstream that internal/unstable options aren’t user-facing.
