      Given that the OVN northd engine has incremental processing support for en-datapath-sync,

      When a Logical_Router is created, deleted, or modified in tracked fields (such as name, external_ids, or options),

      Then the sync node must incrementally apply those changes to the Datapath_Binding.

      Using the changes from FDP-1521, en-datapath-synced-logical-router should be able to make updates to its synced logical routers fairly trivially, since synced logical routers are just a pair of north and southbound datapaths.
