      Given that the OVN northd engine is running with FDP-1521 changes already in place,

      When a Logical_Switch is created, deleted, or modified in one of the tracked fields (name, external_ids, other_config, etc.),

      Then the sync node must incrementally reconcile those changes into the existing Datapath_Binding entry.

      Using the changes in FDP-1521, the en-datapath-synced-logical-switch node should be able to make simple updates to the resulting synced logical switches.

      This should be a straightforward operation since synced logical switches are simply a pairing of north and southbound datapaths.
