FDP Certification tests for Senao SX904 (Intel PTL) card on RHEL9.6

      Given a QE engineer boots a RHEL system equipped with a single Senao SX904 card,

      When the complete PTL SX904 certification test matrix is executed against E823-SFP, E823-backplane, and E810-backplane ports using an approved traffic generator and any required dual-DUT wiring,

      Then every test step returns a pass status or lead to a Jira ticket opened and ovs-dpdk remains stable throughout.

      The Senao SX904 (Intel PTL) card needs QE teams to test and certify this card to list it as a component part of Redhat solution, supported by RHEL, FDP and OCP.

      Part of Certification tests (in order to add this DPU card onto Redhat catalogs) for Senao SX904 card, Fast Data Path (FDP) or OVS and DPDK need to be tested on E823 ports and E810 ports on the card. There are 3 models of NIC ports on the card:

      • Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection E823-L for SFP [8086:124d]
      • Intel Corporation Ethernet Connection E823-L for backplane [8086:124c]
      • Intel Corporation Ethernet Controller E810-XXV for backplane [8086:1599]
