      Given that a VM with a trunk port and subports is live-migrated in OSP 17.1 with OVN,

      When the migration is performed between two hosts,

      Then the subports should correctly transition to the new chassis without excessive flapping.

      The bug FDP-858 was verified on ovn24.03-24.03.4-9.el9fdp.

      However, we ran some tests with ovn24.03-24.03.4-11.el9fdp and we reproduced the same issue on Openstack 17.1.

      Subport flapping was seen during live migration of VMs with trunk ports in OSP 17.1. The subports are flapping at a frequency of 4 times per second between hosts.
