Score Cards: Data Dictionary: Remove duplication of delete icons

    Description

      As part of the efforts for a consolidated Data Type Editor misjohns@redhat.com reported that the delete buttons are repetitive and they take much importance in the list. Display them only when a data type is selected. Also possible to display them only on hover for other fields.

      This JIRA is to improve on the current implementation for review.
