Counterfactual: Add support for "partial" goals in Trusty UI

      The Counterfactual algorithm supports three types of goal:-

      1. "As original" i.e. do not change the original outcome value.
      2. "Required to be" i.e. it must match the specified value.
      3. "Don't care".

      Support for 1. and 2. are complete.

      Support for 3. needs to be added to the UI.

      It is likely to require some redesign of the UI.
