Score Cards: Opening invalid file

If you open an invalid file the editor should alert the User to the fact that the file could not be parsed and then display the file's content as text. At the moment a parser error is thrown to the browser console (when running the `pmml-editor` locally). jomarko@redhat.com reports VSCode just keeps the "spinner" running and nothing else happens see comment.
