At the moment, the runtime performs checks on the Target field configuration unnecessarily. However the UI does no such validation allowing none, one or many MiningField's as "Target".

We need to check on the status of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DROOLS-5992 when it comes to productization of the Score Card Editor. If the correction has not been made to the runtime we should add validation to the UI to be consistent.

If the fix has been made this JIRA can be rejected.
