If the Model Setup defines a Baseline Score then Characteristics' Baseline score are not required. The UI correctly renders this when Characteristic rows are in "read-only" however when one is clicked on and "edit" mode is rendered the UI incorrectly shows the Baseline score component for the Characteristic.
