Add validation support for data types properties.

The following validations are covered

• type: string ~ optype: ordinal
  value constraints must be entered
• is cyclic: yes
  value constraints must be entered if the optype is ordinal
  one between value or interval constraints must be entered if the optype is continuous. In the case interval constraints are chosen, only one interval is allowed
• optype: ordinal or categorical
  interval constraints are not allowed
• interval constraints
  each interval must have at least one between start and end values
• value constraints
  each constraint must have a value
