User stories:

• As a user I want to be able to define and view multiple scorecard Characteristics, so that I can assign partial scores which are used to compute the overall score.
• As a user I want to set a characteristic's baseline score so that the ranking of reason codes can be determined. .
• As a user I want to be able to define scorecard Characteristics that may consist of multiple attributes defined by the following predicate types ( SimplePredicate, SimpleSetPredicate , CompoundPredicate, True or False) so that I can create a scorecard based on PMML model specifications.
