Redesign the existing scorecard editor user experience.

User stories:

• As a user I want to apply a predictive model to a set of data, so that I can generate predictive scores based on historical data.
• As a user I want to use a scorecard editor that will allow me to enter or edit input data scorecard configuration data (characteristics, attributes, baseline score, partial score etc.) so that partial scores can be summed up to provide an overall score and optional reason code.
• As a user I want to use a scorecard editor that will allow me to enter input data (partial score etc.) -so that the influence of the input attributes on a target value are readily available for inspection. to retrieve the calculated evaluation
