This epic tracks the recurring work required every release to provide support for etcd in openshift.

More specifically it covers the following types of support work:

• Triage and fix bugs identified during the release cycle
• Providing assistance on support requests for customer cases
• Responding to requests and queries on the #forum-etcd slack channel
• Collaborating with openshift teams to explore future enhancements and enablements
• E.g The openshift storage product team requires input and doc reviews to outline failure domains and etcd constraints to enable stretch clusters (clusters with control-plane nodes across data centers).
