I created diff report between 2.2.11.ER1 and 2.2.10.CR1 and found many issues in 2.2.11.ER1 build.

1. Infinispan and resteasy artefacts were downgraded, why?
2. io.vertx artefacts have two different versions 3.9.2.redhat-00001 and 3.9.4.redhat-00001.
3. Some narayana artefacts are missing.
4. org.infinispan:infinispan-bom has two different versions 9.4.21.Final-redhat-00002 and 10.1.5.Final-redhat-00001

Do they have correct versions which we want?
