I'll just note that we've also changed the core streams build to pull tini from a Brew tag rather than the content sets [1]. This enables us to install yet unreleased builds of tini (and kafka_exporter for Kafka) by tagging them in Brew so they are visible in the container builds. Console and proxy should do the same - though it doesn't necessarily need to be in this MR.
