When building and packaging the SqlJob.jar we need to provide a few dependencies:

• Kafka connector
• Possibly Confluent Kafka Avro format
• Possibly Kubernetes client

To mark this task as complete we need to verify the implications of including the required dependencies (for example legal implications) and implement the basic framework for the SqlJob.jar. This should include adding automation to run tests and build artifacts when pull requests are created or merged. We also need to create any require productisation tasks.

This task does not include building a container image that includes the Jar.

The assumption is we will use Maven to package the jar, but we should verify this decision with the wider team.
