Now that we have added the Strimzi Kafka OAuth libraries to the Flink SQL Runner and are adding documentation on connecting to Kafka listerners with mTLS (among other options) we should ensure the streams-e2e tests cover these options.

Adding OAuth tests are particularly important so we can ensure that the compatibility is tested as we upgrade those libraries.
