Document connection instructions to secure Kafka clusters

      We should document how to connect Flink SQL to various Kafka authentications options. We should ideally cover all the options supported by Strimzi:

      • Plain (no authentication)
      • TLS (no authentication)
      • mTLS authentication
      • SCRAM-SHA-512 authentication
      • OAuth 2.0 token-based authentication
      • Custom authentication

      We should provide documentation in the Flink SQL Runner repo and ideally short tutorials and examples in the flink-sql-examples repository.
