Productise:

• flink 1.20
• flink-sql 0.1.0-SNAP (as 0.1.0)
• flink kafka connector 3.3.0-1.20

For the Kafka connector this will likely be the same code as the 3.3.0 1.19 connector we already have, but by compiling against 1.20 we will have more evidence it works and have a nice consistent 1.20 named jar in our 1.20 runner image.
