It starts from "Introduction to Kafka", kafka architecture, to kafka connect, cruise control, ...

We need to think how we can do the flink enablement to support teams or other related members.

At minimum, we should deliver:

1. What Flink is, how it works
2. Flink architecture 
3. Metrics for Flink
4. Logs for Flink
5. What we support in Tech Preview:

1. 1. Kafka source/sink only
   2. SQL only
   3. Before Flink v2.0, it should be v1.20.0
